The fields on a quote form decide which message can be briefed the same day and which one is only a name. Twelve boxes tire a buyer writing from another country. Three boxes leave a name, and discovery drags. HED Creative writes the list in discovery, from Berlin and Ankara, as one accountable partner. A template is not pasted in.
Fields that separate a real enquiry
Company, role, the job, quantity or scope, and timing. Five fields are enough for a decision. If the visitor came from a service page, the form carries that service name. One open box holds the description. A required budget removes industrial buyers who will not price the work before a conversation. A range, if you need one, stays optional.
Boxes that do not help sales
A question about where they heard of you, a newsletter tick and a marketing question do not qualify a job. A required phone number drops buyers outside Turkey. Email or WhatsApp should be a choice. The privacy note stays short, under the form. The consent box is not the proposal.
The form continues the page
A form on a service page carries that page name. A form on a catalogue item carries the item code. A generic contact page drops every job into one inbox. If sales cannot see the job in the first line, the reply slows. An international brief should be readable without a second call to ask what was meant. An extra field is added only when sales asks it in the first conversation.
Measurement counts one event
A form submit and a WhatsApp click should not look like two businesses. Both are one qualified contact. When the field list changes, the event name changes with it. Otherwise the old form and the new form get mixed. The detail lives in the measurement plan. The colour of the button does not carry that decision.
Ask for the field list on website development. The event the form should count is in the company site measurement plan.
