A website development agency for companies that need enquiries
HED Creative designs and builds websites for established companies. The page explains the offer, the form captures a serious enquiry, and the finished site — domain, content and agreed code — is handed to you. Pricing follows scope, not a package grid.
Who it is for
The fit is commercial: a buyer should understand the company and know how to enquire.
A fit
- Companies whose current site looks dated or fails on mobile
- Sales teams that need the website to start the conversation
- Firms selling in English, German or Turkish, including more than one market
- Operators who want a written scope, a date and ownership after launch
Not a fit
- A three-day template at the lowest quote
- A visual refresh with no page structure and no enquiry path
- Projects that want the agency to keep the only login
- Logo-only or one-page campaign microsites with no operating company behind them
Why the current site does not pay for itself
Most companies already have a website. It does not explain the work, and it does not give a buyer a precise next step.
The first screen undersells the firm
Vague headlines and a broken mobile layout are read as operational risk. The buyer does not send feedback. They leave.
The offer is one long page
Services are merged. Procurement cannot tell which engagement to request.
The enquiry path is generic
One contact form for every intent. Paid traffic arrives, and the page gives it nowhere specific to go.
Nobody owns it after launch
The build ends. Content dates, forms go unread, and the next budget decision has no page-level evidence.
What HED Creative builds
A website structured around how your buyer decides: what you do, proof that the company is real, and a next step tied to that page. We also define handover — access, content editing and the agreed codebase — so the site is not rented from the agency.
A first screen with a job
What you sell, who it is for, and why someone should write. No stock slogan standing in for that.
Pages that can take an enquiry
Service or product pages connect to a form or a prefilled WhatsApp message. “Contact us” is not the only door.
Speed as a commercial issue
A slow page wastes both attention and ad spend. Analytics and the form are part of launch, not a later phase that never happens.
Handover you can operate
CMS access, domain and the agreed code move to you. Small copy changes should not require a ticket.
From brief to handover
Discovery stays short. Design does not start before the page list is written. The date depends on languages, content readiness and redirects from the old site.
Brief
Who buys, which pages should create enquiries, current URLs, languages. A vague call does not become a price.
Written scope
Pages, responsibilities, timeline, fee. Additions are change requests.
Build
Structure first, then interface. Reviews check whether a buyer can act, not whether a moodboard feels new.
Launch and handover
Redirects, form test, short CMS walkthrough. A retainer is optional and separate.
Published work
These are public projects. We do not attach invented revenue or ranking claims. Internal systems stay private unless a client releases them.
A project or a retainer, not a package
We do not sell Starter, Growth and Enterprise website packages. The work is either a defined build with handover, or a monthly retainer after that build. Both are written: what is included, what is not, and who decides.
Project
New site or replacement. Scope, date and fee before work starts. Extra pages are extra scope.
Retainer
Small improvements, content support, form and performance watch. It does not replace a missing first scope.
Questions before you enquire
Who owns the site?
You do. Domain, content and the agreed code are handed over. We do not keep the only set of credentials as a condition of the site staying online.
How fast is a proposal?
If the page list, languages and current URL are known, a written proposal usually takes a few working days. We will not price a blank “we need a website” note.
Do you write the copy?
You provide the facts. We structure pages and the lines that lead to an enquiry. Full copywriting is in the proposal only when it is commissioned.
Are SEO and Google Ads included?
The site is built so search and ads have a page worth sending people to. Ongoing SEO or Ads management is a separate engagement.
What does handover include?
Redirects from old URLs where they exist, a tested form, analytics access, CMS access and a short briefing for the person who will edit the site.
Written scope
Pages, timing and fee are written down.
A process you can follow
Each step has an outcome you can check at the next conversation.
TR/DE/EN market language
Buyers in Turkey, Germany and international markets are addressed in their own language.
Send the website brief
What you sell, the current URL, and the language your buyers use. That is enough to scope a proposal.
We read the note, ask for the missing fact, then send scope and fee in writing. If the work is not a fit, we say so.
Related pages
A website is the base. Search, ads and software are separate decisions.
