An SEO agency that connects search intent to an enquiry
HED Creative works so the right search finds your company, and the page that ranks can take a serious enquiry. The work is technical cleanup, page structure and content. There is no ranking promise. The monthly scope is written down.
Who it is for
SEO is a patient investment in demand that already exists as a search. It is not a purchased position.
A fit
- Companies whose offer can be phrased as a query
- Sites with unclear titles, duplicate URLs or a relaunch without redirects
- Teams who can supply expertise, or approve copy that is in scope
- Operators who will look at enquiries over a few months, not a rank report alone
Not a fit
- “Page one in thirty days” as a product
- Backlink packages or private networks
- Companies that will not approve a new URL
- An offer nobody searches for, with SEO as the only growth plan
Minimum engagement
SEO is monthly work. There is no package menu and no rank guarantee. Without pages, a technical base and your inputs, we do not name a fee. A three-month “let’s get visible” trial sits below this line.
Why the site stays quiet in search
A flat Search Console is not automatically a penalty. Often no page answers the query.
The homepage is asked to rank for everything
There is no service page. The searcher reads a general sentence and leaves.
Technical debt blocks the content
Duplicate URLs, broken redirects, a slow template, mixed languages.
Copy in agency voice
“Quality and trust” does not name the product, the city or the problem being searched.
The report is a rank list
A hundred keywords, no statement about enquiries. The investment cannot be read.
How HED Creative approaches SEO
We separate informational queries from commercial ones. Then pages, titles, internal links and technical blockers. The facts come from your team. We build structure and intent. Monthly work is a list of pages and fixes, not a keyword quota.
An intent map
Research and buying queries get different URLs. One page is not asked to do both.
Missing pages
A service, place or product without a URL goes into the scope. A blog does not substitute for it.
Technical cleanup
Redirects, canonicals, speed, language tags. A relaunch without an address plan is not an SEO project.
A note on demand
Each month: which URL shipped, which query gained impressions, what changed on the enquiry side.
The first ninety days
Month one is diagnosis and a page plan. After that, production. We do not invent a date for a position.
Diagnosis
Search Console, URLs, which page has impressions, whether the form arrives.
Written plan
Priority pages, technical work, facts you will supply. The fee sits on that list.
Production
Page, title, internal links, approved copy. Nothing publishes unreviewed.
Monthly work
New queries, lost URLs, internal links. The work does not “finish”; the priority changes.
Sites that have to hold a search
Published examples. We do not attach ranking or traffic claims.
A monthly scope, not a keyword package
We do not sell packs of 10, 30 or 100 keywords. The retainer is that month’s pages and technical work. A one-off diagnosis is possible. It does not replace ongoing work if the goal is demand. Copy and URLs on your domain stay yours.
Diagnosis
Once: what blocks indexing, which URL is missing, what comes first. Implementation is a second proposal.
Monthly SEO
Pages, structure, technical follow-up. Output named each month. No guaranteed position.
Questions before you enquire
When do enquiries show up?
Technical fixes can reach the index in weeks. New pages often take several months to earn demand. A fixed date ignores the competition.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. What is purchased is work on pages, technical quality and production. The position is not for sale.
Who writes?
The expertise sits with your company. Structure and search intent sit with us. Full drafts are in the proposal only when commissioned.
Do you buy backlinks?
No. Purchased link lists are not part of the offer.
What happens to the work if we stop?
Copy and URLs on your domain remain yours. Search Console access should sit on your company, not only on the agency.
Before the work starts
Search sits on a site you own, and on an enquiry that can be measured.
Process
Which query, which page, which enquiry. Without that list, monthly work does not start.
Ownership
The site, Search Console and the content stay with you. An agency change does not erase the history.
Reporting
What was published and fixed in the month, and what is next.
Measurement
A ranking table is not the result. The page and the query that produce enquiries are what get read.
Written scope
Pages, timing and fee are written down.
A process you can follow
Each step has an outcome you can check at the next conversation.
TR/DE/EN market language
Buyers in Turkey, Germany and international markets are addressed in their own language.
Describe the search problem
The URL, which offer should be found, and whether Search Console access exists.
After a short look we send priorities and a monthly scope in writing.
