A B2B Website That Gets Enquiries: Proof, Path, Intent

Y.Emre Konar · B2B website that generates enquiries

B2B sites brag about traffic while the form stays empty. Proof first, a short path, commercial URLs.

B2B sites get a visual refresh while sales still cold-calls. Traffic is not the failure; the visitor never trusts a path a signer would use. Enquiry sites lead with proof, shorten the path, and meet intent on service URLs.

Form friction

Twelve fields, “what is your budget”, vague privacy text — dead forms. First step is a short brief, then a human. HED Creative keeps contact on every page; we do not hide it on an orphan URL.

Proof order

A logo wall is weak. Process, delivery, who writes, Berlin and Ankara, case URLs on your domain. An external live site is not your Google asset.

Intent pages

The home talks to everyone and sells to no one. Company website, SEO, digital partner each need a URL. The blog supports them without cloning them.

Sales language on the form

Marketing wants sessions; sales wants qualified briefs. The CTA should say thirty minutes, a map, a proposal — not a slogan.

Measurement

Sessions are not proposals. Search Console + form records + which URL sent them. An SEO report without that is theatre.

We can see why the form is empty in twenty minutes. Paste the URL in the form — map, then proposal.

Questions companies ask

Do we need a chatbot?

Usually no. A working form, a fast reply and a clear proposal path outperform a bot that hides the form.

Should prices be public?

If you have no packages, a range or a discovery fee is enough. Fake “free quotes” with hidden prices hurt B2B trust.

How many service pages?

One URL per spine you sell. Fifteen thin pages lose to three strong ones.

Should case studies be indexed?

Yes — on your domain. Cards that only leave to the client site do not give Google you.

German form for Germany?

Yes for German buyers. An English-only form adds friction on DE intent.
