A dealer order screen is the first release that replaces the email with a missing quantity. The dealer signs in, picks an item, enters a quantity and a needed date. The office sees the same record. Price comes from a list you name.
What the dealer is allowed to send
Account, item, quantity, unit, requested date, a short note. The dealer does not type the price. A special price falls to the role you name. The order arrives once. A copied mailbox is not the system of record.
Release one is not a shop
No public cart, no open stock figure, no card payment. The job is to stop the incomplete email. HED Creative writes the twenty items that arrive most often and which file holds the price. A catalogue site finds the buyer. This screen takes the order.
If discount depends on the dealer, the rule is written before the build. A price nobody can explain does not become a free-text field. Discovery from Berlin or Ankara lists who still orders by mail.
What the office sees
Received, incomplete, in preparation, shipped. The dealer sees only their own orders. Another dealer price and your margin stay off that login.
Identity and the price file
Each dealer has a login. A shared password is out of release one. Name who may update the price file. The screen displays your list. It does not invent one.
Ask for the scope on web app development. What you open to the outside in a first portal is in what a first portal releases. If one owner should keep the screen, talk to a software partner.
