A management exception panel is a brief about the morning, not a warehouse of charts. You already open several files. You are looking for the row that broke a promise. Release one shows three exceptions you write in advance.
Name the miss in a sentence
A quote unsent for three days. An order with an empty delivery date. A job with no technician. The threshold is part of the brief. Without it, the screen redraws a list everyone already has.
The source system stays
The panel reads. It does not become a second copy of the quote file or the order sheet. HED Creative asks which system is the record. A total kept in two places is reduced to one before it is painted on a wall. Discovery runs from Berlin or Ankara.
A chart wall, a score for every department and a forecast model wait. The first release answers three lines: what counts as a miss, who looks, where the record lives.
Who looks, who closes
One role opens the screen in the morning. The person who closes a row leaves a note. Without a note, the row is there again tomorrow. A shared password does not assign that duty.
Keep it off the marketing report
Site measurement counts visitors. This screen counts an operational promise. Merged into one report, both lose their row. They stay separate so management can choose which morning question they are answering.
Set the scope on web app development. If the step sits outside the CRM, see a screen beside the CRM. To keep a named owner after launch, talk to a software partner.
