Mill certificates and sheets belong beside the product

Y.Emre Konar · plant certificate page placement

A certificate is proof beside the product it covers. A menu full of PDFs does not say which document belongs to which item.

A plant certificate page is the address of one question: which document travels with this product. A stack of PDFs in the company menu does not answer it. HED Creative ties the document to the item. Berlin and Ankara write the same rule.

Proof sits beside the product

The document lives on the record of the family or process it covers. Twelve badges on a page called quality do not say which one covers this item. A badge is the name of a document. Without a sentence of scope, the badge stays off. The logo of a standard you do not hold does not go on the page.

Which item the sheet belongs to

A technical sheet is the file that states the measure and the standard. The download sits on the item. A shared folder loses the buyer in file names. The language of the sheet matches the language of the page. A machine translation of a Turkish sheet is not the document of a German item. If the file is missing, the page opens on the text. An empty download box is not added.

A pile of PDFs is not a page

Buyers and search get lost inside a folder that cannot be scanned as an address. Every document has an owner and a date. Without a date it is not presented as current. An expired certificate comes off the site or is marked expired in plain words. Leaving the old file under a new name is a false statement.

Who replaces the file

The person who uploads may not be sales. The scope names who watches the expiry. A folder locked in an agency panel disappears on handover day. Files sit where you can download them. When a new document arrives, the old address is not broken. It changes on the same item.

Out of the first release

No separate company page per document, no badge animation, and no wall of every certificate you have ever held. Food, machinery or contract work: the rule is the same. The document sits beside the item. The first release opens with the documents of the families you quote. The archive waits.

Burying the wall inside the company frame still sends the buyer to a folder. The frame is described on B2B web development. The document ties to the item, not to that frame.

The list for discovery

Which document covers which family, the end date, and who renews the file. A document outside scope is marked absent. Absent is not a badge.

The page is built under website development. The rest of the plant record is in the factory website guide.

Questions companies ask

Is one quality page enough?

No. The document sits beside the item it covers. A badge wall does not say which document belongs to which job.

Does a PDF download replace the page?

No. The download is proof. The address is the item page. A folder loses both search and the buyer.

Do expired certificates stay up?

No. They come down or are marked expired. Leaving the old file under a new name is a false statement.

Do we show a logo we do not hold?

No. The logo of a standard you do not hold stays off. Without a scope sentence there is no badge.

Can the sheet be in another language?

It matches the page. A machine translation does not count as that market’s document.
