The monthly SEO job is the work an agency does for a company each month. It keeps the page that answers a buying question: whether that page can be fetched, whether it is in the index, and whether other pages on the site link to it in plain words. A position is not part of the purchase. It is not written into the contract.
A page that answers a buying question
The month is not spent inventing keywords. Sales names the question buyers already ask. One page answers it: what is included, how timing is discussed, and who the counterpart is. A second page on the same question is not opened. A blog post supports a question that still has no page. It does not repeat the service heading.
Technical access
The agency enters the site admin and Search Console as a user you grant. The domain stays with the company. If the property lives in the agency account, the month ends with a report in your inbox and no property in your name. HED Creative does not open that property in its own name in Berlin or Ankara. It joins yours as a user.
Index status and internal links
A page can be published and still be absent from the index. The month’s note says which address is visible and which one is a copy or still blocked. An internal link points at the enquiry page from other service pages, in ordinary words. An address buried in the menu is late for the buyer as well.
What gets asked when the month closes
The question at month end is which page now holds an answer, and which access is still missing. A target position does not enter the report. Other pages in the market, and the answer on your page, change the result. Selling that result as a number in advance breaks the definition of the work.
A menu, the names of pages that take enquiries, and who holds Search Console are enough to start. If the property is not in your account, it moves there before any copy is written.
Ask for the written month on the SEO agency page. What the page tells a buyer: service page architecture.
