A field work order app starts from the message thread you already trust too much. Address in one bubble, a photo in another, a verbal done at the end of the day. Release one puts that job on the phone as a single record the office can close.
The record on the phone
Account, site, appointment, the work promised, the parts to carry and a status. The technician does not learn a second product family. Large actions: open, note, attach a photo, mark done. The photo belongs to the job.
Office and field share the status
The planner opens the job. The technician marks started and finished. A missing part changes the status on the record. HED Creative writes the five fields you already ask on paper or in chat. A sixth field waits.
Signature capture, a location trail and a warehouse count are later. The brief should say which jobs still live in a notebook. Discovery runs from Berlin or Ankara and keeps that list written.
Close-out the office can read
When the customer calls the next morning, the desk reads the note and the photo on the job. The camera roll is not the archive. Name who may see those photos.
A short status list
You name the statuses: travelling, on site, waiting on a part, closed. A long list is how the phone gets ignored. This release does not become a fleet suite. It makes this week of jobs visible in one list by evening.
Set the scope on web app development. If dispatch continues after the visit, read shipment status on one screen. For users and patches after launch, speak with a software partner.
