A two-office partner contract does not create two counterparts in two cities. The rhythm with a German buyer can sit in Berlin. Delivery of the same item can sit in Ankara. For a managing director the difference is one queue and one handover list.
Rhythm and delivery share the written scope
Berlin’s rhythm means the working day, the language and the approval on the German side. Ankara’s delivery means the same item is built and released. If those are two agencies with two invoices, the brief is told twice. The contract names which office records the decision and which office puts down the result. Both read the same queue.
Language is not an office excuse
Turkish operations, a German buyer page and an English contract can sit in one engagement. Machine translation does not replace the meeting in Berlin. Which page carries proof in which language is written. A language that is in the written scope is part of delivery. An office name does not hide that line.
A time zone does not grow the scope
Two time zones are not a promise of two shifts. The working day is defined in the contract. A production failure and a request for a new page stay on separate lines, as they would with one office. A night watch that was not bought does not appear because a second city exists.
Ownership is not split by office
Code ownership stays with the company. The repository, the domain and the ads account are not opened as a personal record of either office. Account ownership is one annex. HED Creative is the accountable partner in Berlin and Ankara. The second office is not a second stack.
To see both offices in one contract, start at IT partner. The single record: one counterpart.
