Trust on a reference page is not built with a star widget. Invented reviews are not written. AggregateRating and a fake Review block are not added to the schema. A buyer should be able to check delivered work, the process and a named scope. HED Creative does not invent clients on its own site, and does not place a fake score on yours.
Proof is work someone can check
A delivered system, a portal, a catalogue or an integration is a record a buyer can open. A name is published only when the owner of that work allows it. Without permission, the sector, the type of job and the scope line remain. A logo wall does not. A photograph is not a stock image. A screen is taken from the real delivery, or it is left out.
No review module and no score
Five stars and a line about a great team are not trust. An invented score cannot be defended when a buyer asks. The reference page has no review module. If a client sentence is needed, it is permitted and tied to the job. It is not a rating. Fake review markup is not added. The rule is the same in both offices.
Process and a named scope
A buyer asks what was delivered before asking who did it. Each record states the boundary: which pages, which integration, which language. The process stays short: discovery, scope, handover, transfer of accounts. No secret method name is required. Berlin and Ankara use the same definition of done. A reference is not told in two versions.
The page must not block the enquiry
If the reference is only the last page of a brochure, no enquiry starts. Each record leads to the relevant service and to the form. The form opens as a scope like this job. Asking a visitor to praise the references in a generic box is not sales. One accountable partner fixes, in the scope, how proof is written.
How proof is written is settled in website development. A product record follows the same rule: industrial product catalogue.
