A firm on an industrial estate: how the site gathers a proposal

Y.Emre Konar · industrial estate company proposal page

A firm on an industrial estate states the address and the work done there, and ties the note to that work. A directory of neighbours does not gather a proposal.

A firm on an industrial estate needs a site that shows the address and the work done at that address. The buyer is searching for the work, not for the estate. The site is not a directory of neighbours. In Turkey that estate is often searched under the abbreviation OSB. The English page says industrial estate. It does not treat OSB as an English word. HED Creative writes which job the note belongs to. Berlin and Ankara use the same brief.

The address sits beside the work

Estate name, street and city are written in the contact record. The address is not hidden behind a sentence that says you are everywhere. If production is not at this address, say so. If the showroom and the line are not the same place, they are two lines. A map proves the address. It does not replace the work.

The note names the job

The form carries the process or the family, not the name of the estate. A box that says “I want information” does not tell sales what to quote. Whether the buyer is local or abroad, the first line is the job. Without a job, the message stays an introduction and the reply slows.

A local query is an answer, not a rank

A buyer near the plant searches the name of the work and whether an office is in that city. If the page carries both sentences, it can answer a local query. The answer is not a promise of position. The proposal does not sell a rank. If the page does not exist, an ad should not land on that query either.

Out of the first release

No list of the other firms on the estate, no news from the estate management, and no empty industrial landscape. A neighbour whose work is not yours is not a reference. A second language stays closed until someone can answer in it.

The search record of the local page is a separate line. Put it on the SEO brief. A position is not on that line. Work and address are written. A rank is not bought.

The estate abbreviation used in Turkish search is not copied onto this page. Write the place as an industrial estate, then the work. A pin without the work still gathers no proposal.

Three lines in the brief

The estate and the street address, the work done there, and the person who reads the note. If any of the three is missing, discovery does not build a directory page.

The page is built under website development. The frame of the plant record is in the factory website guide.

Questions companies ask

Is the estate name enough on the homepage?

No. The address sits beside the work. The name of the estate alone does not gather a proposal.

Do we list neighbouring firms?

No. The site is not a directory. A neighbour whose work is not yours is not a reference.

Do we promise a local ranking?

No. The page answers with the work and the address. A position is not part of the proposal.

Do we need a map?

If the street address is written, a map can prove it. It does not replace the work. A pin is not opened before the address is written.

A second plant on the same page?

If the work and the address differ, they are separate lines. A mixed sentence that says you are everywhere is not written.
