On a company site the privacy notice sits directly under the form: a short note, plus a link to the privacy page. A long text pasted inside the button does not get read. This article is not legal advice. A lawyer checks the final text.
What sits under the form
The short note says which details are asked for, what they are used for, and which page holds the rest. A consent box is not the proposal. The box sits beside the note. Without the note, the box means nothing. The privacy page is linked from the menu and from beside the form. A line that only exists in the footer is not enough for the person filling the form.
The same job on a German page
On a German page the same job is named GDPR. A machine translation of the Turkish notice is not the text of the German page. Which office receives the data is written in the language of the page. A form that goes to Berlin and a form that goes to Ankara do not have to carry one pasted paragraph. Each form names its own recipient. If it does not, the person does not know where the message goes.
A lawyer finishes the wording
Where the note sits, and that the link exists, is a build task. Whether the sentences are legally enough is the lawyer task. Pasting a stock paragraph as it stands can disagree with the details the company actually collects. The lawyer checks the final text against the fields that really sit on the form. Wording that has not been checked does not go live.
The page sits on your domain
The privacy page is published on a domain the company owns. The company should own the domain, the ad account, and the code. If the text lives on some other site the supplier controls, your form cannot lean on it. HED Creative, the partner in Berlin or Ankara, places the note and the link. It does not take on the legal review. That stays with your lawyer.
To have the place built, add the current form address on website development. A form that never sends mail is a separate fault: the form mail never arrives.
